Please be advised the Clerk's office in Asheville, Charlotte and Statesville will be closed beginning at noon Wednesday, August 19th through Friday, August 21st to attend a training conference.  
The Bankruptcy Clerk's office in Asheville & Charlotte will be accepting filings on our behalf .  If you have a filing for the Statesville division please leave with the court security officers.
