Please be advised that the Asheville, Charlotte and Statesville District Court Clerk's offices will be closed Monday, February 2nd, 2026 due to inclement weather. 
All court hearings have been cancelled and will be reset at a later date.  
On Tuesday, February 3rd the Clerk's office in all locations will open at 10:30 am.  Court hearings will start at 11:00 am.
