Notice Regarding REAL ID Requirements

Please be advised that federal courthouses are exempt from the provisions of the REAL ID Act. This exemption ensures the constitutional right of defendants and the public to access court proceedings. Jurors are required to bring valid identification when entering the courthouse; however, a REAL ID-compliant form of identification is not necessary.
