Please be advised per Court Order entered on the 15th Day of September, 2023, which states the following:

The US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina will be closed on Thursday November 23 and Friday November 24 2023 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  The Court will also dismiss at 12:30 pm on Wednesday November 22 2023.
