Fee Changes Effective 5/1/2013
Notice is hereby given that effective May 1, 2013, a new administrative fee of $50 will be added to the current $350 filing fee for a Civil Action, Suit or Proceeding, for a total filing fee of $400. This new administrative fee is part of the "District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule," established by the Judicial Conference of the United States, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1914. This fee does not apply to persons granted in forma pauperis status under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (updated 4/16/2013) |
