Applications are invited for the position of Term Law Clerk to United States District Judge Susan Rodriguez based in the Charlotte Division of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.  This position is anticipated to cover a one-year term starting in November 2026, though may be extended at the discretion of the successful applicant and Judge Rodriguez for an additional period not to exceed a total of four years.
