   Jury Evidence Recording System

Courts have made significant investments in electronic presentation equipment for their courtrooms. As a result, evidence is presented effectively and efficiently to modern jurors. But what happens when it is time to deliberate? There are often difficulties when jurors want to review electronic evidence.

The Western District of North Carolina has developed a system to make electronic evidence accessible in the jury deliberation room with the touch of a button. For more information on how the system works, watch the video below and contact us at jers@ncwd.uscourts.gov or call us at 704-350-6700.
