The Court has adopted an Administrative Policies and Procedures pertaining to electronic filing. Counsel are required to be familiar with this document prior to filing pleadings electronically. If you have not attended a training class held at this or another federal court, then you must first register for a training class.  Details of this training will be required during the registration process.
